Qld: Beattie haunted by past flops

BRISBANE, Feb 6 AAP - Queensland Premier Peter Beattie said today the ghosts of previous
political leaders made him nervous about his chances of winning tomorrow's state election.
Mr Beattie and Opposition leader Lawrence Springborg spent a frantic morning doing
last-minute interviews and media conferences before today's official debate.
