FED: Teltra bows to analogue reception problems
Acting Prime Minister JOHN ANDERSON has ordered Telstra to urgently rectify the a shortfall
in reception experienced by many analogue users who switched early to the new dual-mode
CDMA phones.
He also advised country people to hang onto their analogue phones until the CDMA roll
out reaches them.
Mr ANDERSON says it has become clear that there is a significant reception problem
with the new dual-mode CDMA phone handsets operating in analogue mode.
